Refills for both rollerball and ballpoint pens can be found at office supply stores and pen stores.  Familiar brand name refills for the rollerball pens are Schmidt, Waterman and Office Depot's Foray brand.

Operating Instructions

Rollerball: Unscrew the cap and your pen is now ready for use. To replace the ink refill remove the cap and gently unscrew the barrel from the grip. Remove the empty cartridge and replace with new cartridge. Screw the grip piece back into the barrel and replace the cap. The cap should remain on your rollerball pen when not in use as to prevent the ink from evaporating.
